Exchange & Return Policy – Shop Belle

At Shop Belle, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy for you.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags intact.

  • Sale, discounted, or custom-made items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Exchange

  • Exchange is possible for size or product (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit instead.

Return & Refund

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (valid for 6 months).

  • Cash refunds are not provided unless the product is unavailable in exchange.

Process

  1. Contact our customer support at [your email/WhatsApp] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange/credit within 5-7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is faulty/wrong.

  • Shop Belle reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
